Request custom storageEach piece is designed and hand-welded in the Atelier Article workshop in Cherkasy, Ukraine. To choose a model, count your records, allow room for growth, and consider your available floor or shelf space and whether you need wheels. Capacity may vary with gatefold jackets, protective sleeves and box sets; exact dimensions and specifications are listed on each product page.
Atelier Article makes storage for everything from a few favorite records to collections of approximately 360. Desktop and single-tier stands generally hold about 50–120 records, crates about 80–120, two-level carts 160 or 200, the Four-Tier stand about 240, and the Triple-Deck and 3Romb models up to 360. Gatefold jackets, box sets, protective sleeves and room for browsing reduce the final count, so check the capacity listed on each product page.
For 300 records, compare the 360-record Triple-Deck cart with a full-width 3Romb stand. Choose Triple-Deck if you want a mobile cart; choose 3Romb if you prefer stationary vertical storage. Both leave room for the collection to grow. The Four-Tier stand holds approximately 240 records, so it is too small for a 300-record collection.
Most models arrive fully assembled, with their wheels already attached when applicable. Two larger configurations require assembly: the 360-record Triple-Deck cart and the 24-inch-wide 3Romb, which ships in two sections. The other standard configurations arrive ready to load.
Standard Atelier Article mobile record-storage models use freely rotating, non-locking wheels. Locking wheels may be requested as a custom option when technically feasible. The workshop confirms feasibility, price and lead time before you order.
The 1Romb, 2Romb and 3Romb stands can be configured from 12 to 24 inches in one-inch steps directly on their product pages, so these standard widths do not require a custom quote. Atelier Article also accepts custom work: dimensions, capacity, finish, construction details and wheel type may be adapted when technically feasible. The workshop confirms feasibility, price and lead time before ordering.
Atelier Article designs and makes its record storage in Cherkasy, Ukraine, and has worked with metal since 2011. Each frame is hand-welded from steel tubing with a wall thickness of 1.2–1.5 mm. The completed frame is then powder-coated. Tube profiles vary by model and structural purpose; exact dimensions and specifications are listed on each product page.
