I strongly endorse the design, construction, and finish of these vinyl storage carts. I purchased two of the narrower versions, to expand our capacity for vinyl storage in a closet, as the casters let me roll them in and out on our wooden floor. For the space constraints we face, it's a perfect solution. I have two slight considerations to offer Lena and Dmitry: as I wish to store boxed vinyl sets, as for operas, etc., the shelves are too small. An extra 1/2" in height would be greatly helpful, as many opera sets are slightly oversized. And while packing was excellent and the units arrived in impeccable shape, I wish they hadn't been packed in styrofoam, as I had quite a lot of clean-up to do once the units were unpacked! Otherwise, highly recommend! Thanks very much!

What is the difference between the 180- and 360-record models?
Both models are 96 cm high and 34 cm deep. The approximately 180-record model is 34 cm wide, while the approximately 360-record model is 67 cm wide. Capacity varies with gatefold sleeves, box sets and protective outer sleeves.
Does the Triple-Deck cart require assembly?
The 180-record model is supplied assembled. The wider 360-record model requires assembly on arrival because of its shipping size. Atelier Article confirms the applicable delivery and assembly details before a custom order is placed.
Do the standard wheels lock?
No. Standard Atelier Article carts use freely rotating, non-locking wheels. Once loaded, the combined weight typically means a deliberate push is required to move the cart on a level tile or parquet floor. Locking wheels can be added as a custom option on request.
Can the Triple-Deck cart be customised?
Yes, when technically feasible. Dimensions, capacity, finish, construction details and wheel type may be adapted. Atelier Article confirms feasibility, price and lead time before the order is placed.
