Vinyl Record Storage for 200 Records
Around 200 records is a collection that's outgrown the 'just stack them somewhere' phase but hasn't necessarily earned its own room. You need real capacity in something that holds the weight without sagging and keeps records upright without crushing the spines. Atelier Article makes three formats that cover this range: a double-deck unit that comfortably holds 160–200 LPs, a triple-deck that scales from 180 to 360, and a four-tier stand for 240 and up. All are welded by hand in Cherkasy, Ukraine from laser-cut steel. Honest capacity figures are on each product page, because sleeve thickness varies.

Frequently asked questions
Where can I compare all the capacity options?
Capacity, dimensions, and format details are listed on each piece in the vinyl record storage collection.
My collection is growing — should I size up now?
If you're actively buying records, sizing up one tier is usually worth it. A half-full triple-deck looks fine; an overfull double-deck where records are jammed together is harder to use and wears on the sleeves.
How much do the larger units weigh, and will delivery be complicated?
The triple-deck and four-tier units ship flat-packed and are assembled with basic tools. Assembly typically takes under 30 minutes.
Can the shelves hold 180g and 200g pressings without bowing?
Yes. The shelf bars are cut from structural steel profile, not sheet, specifically because heavier pressings and dense packing create real lateral load.
