Atelier Article’s minimalist metal shoe racks keep everyday pairs visible and off the floor without enclosing a narrow entryway. Single-tier designs hold approximately 2–6 pairs, while two-tier versions hold about 4–12, depending on rack width and shoe size.
Each steel rack is hand-welded in the workshop in Cherkasy, Ukraine and arrives ready to use. Measure the available width and depth, then compare one or two tiers; current widths range from 20–57 inches (51–145 cm). Exact dimensions, capacity, colours, finishes and other specifications appear on each product page. Custom adaptations are accepted when technically feasible.
Frequently asked questions
How many pairs of shoes does a rack hold?
A standard rack holds 6–9 pairs depending on shoe size and tier count. We make two- and three-tier versions, and custom configurations are available on request.
Will the finish survive wet or muddy shoes?
Yes. Powder coat is baked onto the steel at high temperature, so it resists moisture, mud and the normal impact of shoes being dropped onto it. A damp cloth is enough for cleaning.
Do the racks tip if the load is uneven?
The base is welded as a single unit rather than assembled from parts, so the rack stays stable with a full load distributed across the tiers.
Can I get a rack sized for a narrow hallway?
