Atelier Article hand-welds every frame from high-grade square steel tube in Cherkasy, Ukraine. The cart arrives fully assembled with four rubberised wheels attached.

The four standard rubberised wheels rotate freely and do not lock. Once the cart is loaded, the combined weight of the steel frame and records typically means a deliberate push is required to move it on a level tile or parquet floor.
