Every piece is hand-welded from carbon steel at our workshop in Cherkasy, Ukraine — the same six-person team, the same process, since 2011. Steel holds its shape across decades and doesn't sag or warp under the weight of a full collection the way particle board or pressed wood does. No. Records sit perfectly upright with enough side support that they don't lean — the correct archival way to store vinyl. Metal doesn't transfer heat at room temperature, so warping risk from the stand itself is zero. The usual warping culprits are sunlight, radiators, and hot car trunks, not the storage.
