How do I choose an animal bookmark as a gift?

No. Most of our standard bookmarks are cut from 0.6 mm steel, so they sit flat without the bulk of a card or wooden bookmark. Some larger designs use different dimensions; check the individual product page when thickness or overall size matters.
Are the edges smooth?
Yes. After laser cutting, we deburr and finish the edges by hand before applying the final surface finish. The slim steel blade slips between the pages, while the animal silhouette remains visible above the book.
