This book end is just as cute in person as it is in the picture! Great gift for my philosphy professor fiance. :) Unfortunately we had a bit of a shipping snafu (which was NOT the shop's fault) and the first package got returned to sender. I contacted the shop about either getting a refund or shipping another one, and they offered to ship the second package for free! Great customer service.

I can't begin to say enough positive things about Lena & Dmitry, I am so happy I bought from them! The craftsmanship and design of the bookends I bought is gorgeous, so high quality and very high-end looking. Also, they are super useful, holding up a row of 10-12 heavy cookbooks I have perched in my bay window. Unique design + beauty + usefulness = awesome. But also, working with this seller was excellent and very fun! They were responsive, helpful, and even enclosed a fun handwritten note with the bookends. I loved getting these beauties sent all the way from Ukraine, what a delight. I hope this business does well, they really deserve it. Thanks for the great experience :)
