Scandinavian Log Holder Steel
Scandinavian interiors tend to be particular about what goes near a fireplace: nothing ornate, nothing that fights the architecture, materials that earn their place. Atelier Article's Nordic-influenced log holders are made for exactly this context. The Scandi-One is a study in reduction — a single bent-steel form, powder-coated matte, that holds a good armful of logs without drawing attention to itself. The Round version softens the geometry while keeping the same restrained finish. The Spruce brings in a subtle reference to Nordic landscape without becoming decorative in a way that dates. All are laser-cut and welded by hand in Cherkasy, Ukraine, and sized for indoor use beside a hearth.

Frequently asked questions
Where can I see all the Nordic and Scandi log holder designs?
The full range of indoor log holders including dimensions and finish options is at indoor log holders.
What powder-coat colours are available for the Nordic designs?
Matte black is the most common choice for Scandi interiors and is available across all three designs. White and a small set of neutral tones are also available on most models.
How much firewood will these hold — enough for an evening?
A properly loaded Scandi-One or Round holds enough for a solid evening's fire — roughly 6–10 split logs depending on size.
Are these safe to use directly beside a fireplace?
Steel log holders can sit close to a hearth but should not be inside the firebox or in direct contact with flame. Standard practice is to position them on the hearth apron, within arm's reach but clear of the opening.
