Spruce — a tall A-frame log holder, 43 in high, named for the tree it resembles in profile
Two uprights meeting at the top, the logs stacked in the widening base. Owners describe it as “clean lines, light weight, simple and sophisticated”; one had the workshop make it to her own dimensions after finding every other version too big. Hand-welded in the Atelier Article workshop in Cherkasy, Ukraine, black powder coat.
About a day's wood in the base of the A. It is very light for its height — every review mentions it — which makes it easy to move and is worth knowing before you expect a heavy iron piece.
The frame is 10.6 in (27 cm) deep and the logs rest through it front to back, so standard 16-inch US firewood sits with a few inches showing on each side — that is how it is designed and how it looks in the photos. Shorter 10–12 in logs sit fully inside the frame.
Size class: Everyday — about a day's wood. Nearby in the range: Spruce with Kindling Shelf (same frame with the shelf built in), Pyramid (73 in, the tallest).
The frame is 10 × 10 mm (⅜ in) square steel tube, hand-welded. It is slimmer than most hearth furniture and lighter than it looks — reviewers say “lighter than expected” and “sturdy” in the same sentence — so it moves easily for cleaning and does not overpower a small room.
Four legs with plastic pads, so the steel does not sit directly on wood or tile. On an uneven stone hearth, a felt pad under one leg levels it.
Made for indoor use next to a fireplace or wood stove. Several owners keep one on a covered porch or patio; if you do, spray the frame with a wax protectant once a season so the powder coat lasts.
Add a steel poker, a kindling shelf that sits in the top of the A, or both.
Atelier Article accepts custom work: taller, narrower, deeper, or trimmed to fit under a mantel, and other powder-coat colours. Send your measurements; the workshop confirms feasibility, price and lead time before you order.
Ships welded and assembled from Cherkasy, Ukraine, with tracking. United States, Canada and the United Kingdom; US orders ship free with import duties prepaid. No EU delivery.

EXACTLY what I was looking for! I knew I wanted this design but other makers offered versions that were too big. I looked locally and got some ridiculously high pricing. I messaged the seller and they were able to this to my specifications, for a fair price, and it's exactly what I wanted.
Overall the rack is very lightweight, however, it has a very nice and unique design so I guess this justifies the price. I do recommend checking shipping and taxes before purchasing, as my item was held in the German customs and I had to pay an additional fee to collect the item but this is not the sellers fault. It also took over a month to receive.
Looks exactly as pictured! Very lightweight, which makes it easy to move. The package arrived safely and securely.
This is an elegant addition to our family room fireplace. Clean lines, light weight, simple and sophisticated. Cheers! A little mishap with delivery but it was not the fault of the sellers.

Yes. The frame is about 10.5 in (27 cm) deep and the logs rest through it front to back, so 16-inch logs sit with a few inches showing on each side — exactly as in the photos. Shorter 10–12 in logs sit fully inside the frame.
It depends on the model: the compact and square models hold an evening's logs by the fire, the slim and tall columns hold roughly a day's wood (owners mention “three bundles” and “1–2 days”), and the large Montana holds enough for 8–10 hours of fire. Each product page states the exact frame size; measure your space against it, since the most common surprise in reviews is that the piece is smaller than it looked in the photo.
It is made for indoor use beside a fireplace or wood stove. Several owners keep one on a covered porch or patio; if you do, spray the frame with a wax protectant once a season so the powder coat lasts.
