EDITED: I finally received the item in the mail. The item arrived intact and was beautiful. I repurchased the item as opposed to sending it back and the seller was very accommodating and eventually apologized for not responding to my original message sooner.
Never received the item. Contacted the seller, didn’t hear from them, had to open a paypal dispute to get refund. Never received an explanation or apology
