Every Atelier Article bookmark is laser-cut steel, made by hand in our workshop. There are two ways to make one truly yours: add an engraved wooden block to any design from our collection, or ask us to cut a completely custom bookmark from your own idea.
Engraved wooden block — +$5
Every bookmark ships in a handmade wooden display block. For $5 we'll engrave it with a name, a date, or a short message — up to 35 characters — or a simple image you send us. Engraving adds 3–4 business days before dispatch.

Custom metal bookmark — your design in steel
Have a logo, a silhouette, a phrase, or just an idea? We design and laser-cut fully custom metal bookmarks — powder-coated steel, made the same way as our regular collection.
Timeline: about 2–3 weeks from approved design to dispatch.

What can be engraved on the wooden block?
A name, a date, or a short message up to 35 characters — or a simple image (send it with the form above). The engraving goes on the wooden display block the bookmark ships in; the steel bookmark itself is not engraved.
Does engraving delay my order?
It adds 3–4 business days before dispatch. Shipping time itself stays the same.
How much does the engraved block cost?
