Arrived damaged and misspelled. I reached out to the seller multiple times with no response. This was supposed to be Christmas present for my mom. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I've purchased other bookmarks that arrived just fine and I do think the product is really cool. Just bad customer service. If you're going to sell a product to the public you need to take ownership of mistakes and rectify the situation.
