Hare Metal Bookends
The hare mid-run — ears flat, legs extended — is captured at full speed in laser-cut steel. It has the energy of something about to disappear into the undergrowth, which makes it an odd and satisfying thing to find keeping your books in order. The matte black finish is clean and graphic, the kind of silhouette you notice once and keep noticing.
Made from sheet steel, laser-cut and powder-coated in our workshop in Cherkasy, Ukraine. The two bookends are separate pieces — move them to fit however many books you have. Silicone pads on the base keep them firmly in place.
