Bauhaus Harlequin Puppet — Geometric Wall Art, 38 cm
A blue diamond for a torso, a yellow circle for a skirt, a red disc for a hat. The most abstract character we've drawn — closer to a composition than a portrait.
Hold this geometric harlequin figure inspired by Bauhaus stage design and feel the precision of hand-cut plywood colored in bold blocks of red, blue, yellow, and green. This is Oskar Schlemmer's Triadic Ballet brought down from the stage into your hands — simplified to pure shapes and movable joints. Pose the arms and legs by hand into endless positions, then hang it on the wall or stand it on a shelf. At 38 cm tall, it's the largest and most compositionally complex of the colorful puppets.
Each puppet is precision-cut, printed, and hand-assembled in our workshop in Cherkasy, Ukraine. The design prints directly onto the plywood surface — no paint, no decals — so the natural wood grain stays visible underneath the color. That texture is what makes it feel like a real object, not a toy or costume piece.
