What if your record storage was as expressive as the music inside?
That is the question behind the Red Sticks Crate — a piece we designed to be seen, not tucked away. Handcrafted by our team in Cherkasy, Ukraine, it holds your vinyl collection the way it deserves: out in the open, looking good.
Where the idea came from
Red Sticks started on a walk past a construction site. Steel rods crisscrossed in a way that felt almost musical — accidental rhythm in raw material. We brought that image back to the workshop and started building. The result is a crate with a bold intersecting rod structure that looks different from every angle.
The powder-coated steel rods in red create a visual grid that is both structural and decorative. Your records sit inside an open frame, fully visible and easy to flip through. It is storage that pulls its weight as a room piece.
Built for real spaces
At 62 x 38 x 30 cm (24.4 x 15 x 11.8 inches), the Red Sticks Crate holds up to 80 standard 12 LPs without dominating the room. Two small wheels at the rear let you tilt and roll it wherever you need — from the listening corner to the living room and back.
The powder-coated steel finish is durable, scratch-resistant, and built to last. The red is bold but not overwhelming — it adds energy to a room without shouting.
Why we made it this way
We do not design storage that hides. Every piece we build at Atelier Article starts with the same idea: everyday objects should be worth looking at. The Red Sticks Crate is a vinyl crate, yes — but it is also the kind of object that makes a room feel more intentional.
